I have heard that our boss is going to look for some team building experience for us. Apparently, some of the guys in our office are not getting along very well, and when the internal conflicts affect our productivity, that is when the boss has to take charge. I am glad that I am not part of the conflict, but I am happy that we will get to do some activities together outside of the workplace. Perhaps it will ease some tension between those guys, and it will give me an opportunity to relax with my friends. I am glad that my boss is so kind and so smart about this. Instead of firing someone because of the ongoing problem, he is trying to solve it with other activities. He is willing to spend his money on his company in order to resolve issues that should not exist. He does not need to deal with this, but he is making the effort to do so.
